Our purchase was a walkin tub and the necessary bathroom remodel to accommodate the new tub. The process started with a visit to the Winton Road showroom where we were treated politely and professionally, and that "no pressure" treatment made us comfortable accepting Harrison Husnay, our salesman, into our home. From the beginning we were made aware that the task required precise preparation in order to keep the job from becoming a nightmare. Wonder Windows brought in professionals - even one from Buffalo - to perform the necessary measurements, and to point out all the possible pitfalls. With the game plan in place, it was smooth sailing from there. The installers, Matt, Kevin, and Ryan, had the job done in three days. They assumed nothing. We were brought into every major decision, and when a question arose, they made sure all parties agreed on the course of action. The quality of their work was top notch, and it was done with a smile. Since then, Wonder Windows has been as accommodating as you could ever want. What a pleasure to know that someone is listening and helping you, even after all the checks have cleared. The walkin tub is an amazing creation, and when done properly, it's a relaxing and enjoyable one. We love our new shower, what a difference!! we can’t thank enough Justyn M. for all the hard work that he did all by himself, he was fantastic. He explained things to us. He kept us in the loop with what was going on. He asked us our thoughts on things that he was doing. He was just a pleasure to work with and we are so happy that we finally had the shower installed and he was the man for the job.

I am very pleased with the Wonder Showers install. Every time I walk by my bathroom I have to take a second look. When I walked into their show room I was impressed, yet I thought to myself no way could I afford this even down to the classic model which looked upscale to me. I am so glad to have had Mike Campbell, a sales rep introduce me to Wonder's fine quality well-constructed shower product and affordable too. He was very knowledgeable with no pressure. He worked out the details of my preferences. And Brianca Lade, the production manager was very accommodating when I had to have asbestos flooring removed before the installation. The installation crew, Jordan and Jason did a marvelous job. They were very skilled and took the time to explain the work performed and answer any questions. To sum it all up ... Wonder Showers did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend them above their competitors. Yes, really!!!
We absolutely love our new shower. It replaced an old, old tub/shower that was in our vacation condo since it was built. We are so pleased with the quality of the shower and materials. It looks so nice! The installer (Scott) did a wonderful job and was very diligent in keeping us updated on the progress and any questions we needed to answer. Everything about the installation and the shower itself is top notch. We would highly recommend them!

I used Wonder Windows to install my new kitchen window and seen their ad for bathroom remodeling. I called and discussed my options for remodeling my bathroom to remove a tub and convert to a shower with a sale person. The work was done on March 5th and completed in 2 1/2 days. The contractors were very professional, cleaned up everyday after a day of work and was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Wonder Window for bathroom remodeling. I love my new shower
We really love our new walk-in shower installed by Wonder. It replaced an older fiberglass tub and surround in a bathroom in our vacation condo. The old tub took up a good part of the bathroom, while the walk-in shower with the glass barn doors makes the room look so much more spacious and actually gives us more space to shower than with the old tub. The materials are of high quality and very attractive. And, we have to highly compliment the installation team that worked on the project. Ben and Shane were incredible doing the installation. They were very neat and very competent in refinishing the area behind the shower, which of course is critical to long-term success. They assured that we were engaged in selecting the location of our storage niche, grab bars and other options, which helped assure our satisfaction. Overall, we would strongly recommend Wonder.
We are absolutely delighted with our new shower & toilet in a small space downstairs. Kevin & Shane were prompt, knowledgeable & pleasant. They worked quietly & cleaned up thoroughly. We hardly knew they were in the house. The entire process from sales to completion was handled professionally. All of our shower components were custom-made to fit our space & we were kept informed as the parts arrived & updated on an install date. Would recommend Wonder without reservation.
I have a one bathroom home and needed my shower completed with quality in a short amount of time. After some research, I felt Luxstone was my choice. I had an amazing team of Scott and Andrew who addressed all my concerns and last minute changes. They did an amazing job and by the time they left, I felt like they were part of my family. We were extremely happy with the installation of our stand up shower set. We went all out and did the body sprays and the temperature gauge and the rainhead. The entire installation crew were excellent, kind, professional and worked hard to ensure everything looked and worked correctly. The sales manager, Joe, also is great with follow up and follow through when something needs to be taken care. Overall, very pleased with working with them.
We were thrilled to get our new shower installed. The folks that removed the old shower and installed the new one were great. They were very flexible and mindful of how the new shower should be installed (they suggested and made a few minor adjustments with install which was great). They were very clean and very quick with the installation. The only complaint I would say I have is that we had to custom order the shower door and glass walls. It took quite a bit of time for the order to come in and to finish the shower. But once it was done, we were extremely happy!
