1. Eligibility and Property Condition:
The winner is chosen at Wonder’s sole discretion.
Eligible Home Condition: The home must be structurally sound and in suitable condition for shower installation. Any significant structural issues (e.g., plumbing problems, water damage etc.) that prevent proper installation will disqualify the home from the giveaway.
Inspection Requirement: Wonder Showers and Baths reserves the right to perform a pre-installation inspection of the selected veteran’s home. If the home is determined to be unsuitable due to safety concerns or installation limitations, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize or select another winner.
2. No Substitute for Repairs:
The shower installation does not cover or include any repairs to the home that may be necessary to install the shower. The giveaway is limited solely to the installation of the shower.
3. Limited Scope of Work:
The giveaway covers the cost of standard shower installation only. This does not include any additional custom work, electrical or plumbing adjustments, or modifications to walls or framing.
4. No Warranty for Pre-Existing Conditions:
Wonder Showers and Baths is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions in the home (e.g., leaks, structural issues) that may affect or be revealed by the installation process.
5. Installation Contingency:
In the event that unforeseen complications arise during the installation process due to the condition of the home, Wonder Showers and Baths reserves the right to cease installation until the issue is remedied. The company shall not be responsible for any costs associated with such delays.
6. Limitations on Liability:
Wonder Showers and Baths shall not be liable for any damages to the home arising from issues unrelated to the installation or for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the installation or condition of the home.
The company’s liability is limited to the value of the materials and labor provided under the giveaway.
7. Force Majeure Clause:
Wonder Showers and Baths is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events outside of its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Prize Non-Transferable:
The prize is non-transferable and can only be used for the selected veteran’s primary residence. Wonder reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize at any time.
